Rooms were clean modern and great for the price. And the receptionist Marissa was very welcoming and helpful
This hotel was a bit unconventional for us, but all the more interesting. The "concrete" rooms look nice, but unfortunately there is high humidity. The room is spacious with a fairly large bathroom, but unfortunately it lacked a hairdryer, despite the hotel's room description stating it should be there. Another fairly big downside was the hotel's wifi - it was slow and didn't work for almost a whole day. The big positive of the hotel is their front desk staff - they were very nice and gave us some recommendations what to do in the area and also in other parts of Mexiko.
Close to the Highway, and not that far from the Bacalar Lagoon area, My room was big and spacious. small but nice pool area, great for familiy reunions, and BBQ time. Miguel the Guest Services Agent was always aware of our tourist needs, recommended the best tours, and we trusted all of our recreation and restaurants needs, Many Thanks Mayanah, and Staff

Tuvimos un tiempo increíble en Mayanah Condo Hotel. Todo estaba súper limpio y cómodo, y la ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Bacalar. Andrea en recepción fue súper amable con nosotros, ¡gracias por hacer nuestra estancia aún mejor! Sin duda volveríamos.
Good, but they need to look after the little details more, as in our room was the smell of sewage from the bathroom. Not very nice to sleep with that smell as they couldn't change us because the hotel was full. The pool area is small but nice. The place is quite a walk from the principal garden area in bacalar. Or the restaurants. I mean for what you pay I need they can do a bit better.
Everything really nice! I enjoy my staying over here I recommend this beautiful place if you want quality and commodity this is the best choice, the host Mike Francisco was really helpful, love the way he treat us. The best place!
